You run the business. We run the technology behind it — secure, monitored, and answered by a real person when something breaks.
Pick the pieces you're missing, or hand us the whole stack. Either way you get one team, one number to call, and one predictable bill.
Keep your technology securely running with proactive monitoring, patching, and maintenance handled before you notice a problem.
Defend your business against ransomware, phishing, and account takeover with layered protection and real-time threat response.
Rely on dependable support from technicians who answer the phone, know your setup, and don't make you explain it twice.
Move to the cloud without the horror stories — planned migrations, right-sized licensing, and lower total cost of ownership.
Improve connectivity across offices, warehouses, and remote workers with managed firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Know you can recover. Encrypted offsite backups, tested restores, and a documented plan for the day you need it.
Confidently meet HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and cyber-insurance requirements with documented controls and evidence.
Phones, video, chat, and voicemail in one system that works from the office, the jobsite, or the kitchen table.
Put our expertise to work with technology roadmaps, budgets, and quarterly reviews that tie IT spend to business goals.
Grow your brand's reach with content strategy, production, and community management from a team that creates content professionally.
Most businesses don't need more technology. They need someone accountable for the technology they already have. That's the job we take.
“We went from waiting two days on tickets to same-morning fixes. The difference showed up in payroll hours within the first quarter.”
“They found the gaps our previous provider had been billing us to cover. The cyber-insurance renewal went through without a single exception.”
“Migration weekend was the least dramatic thing that happened all year. Monday morning everyone just logged in.”
We audit your network, devices, licensing, and security posture, then show you exactly what we found.
You get a prioritized roadmap and one flat monthly number. No line-item surprises.
We document everything, deploy monitoring and security tooling, and fix the urgent gaps first.
Daily support, monthly reporting, quarterly strategy reviews. The environment gets better every year.
Compliance rules, line-of-business software, and busy seasons differ by sector. We've supported these environments before.
Co-managed IT gives your internal person tooling, escalation, and coverage for nights and vacations.
We close the gaps, produce the documentation, and get you through insurance or client review.
Measured response times with a named engineer and escalation path that actually escalates.
Planned migration to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace with rollback and user training.
Secure remote access, managed laptops, and phone systems that follow people wherever they work.
Network build-out, cabling coordination, and identical standards across every site.
Monitoring and maintenance of your servers, workstations, and network; unlimited helpdesk support during business hours with after-hours coverage for emergencies; patch and antivirus management; backup monitoring; vendor coordination; and a quarterly technology review. Anything outside that scope — new hardware, major projects, third-party licensing — is quoted separately and approved by you first.
Most clients pay a flat monthly fee based on the number of users and servers we support. Flat-rate matters because it aligns incentives: when we fix root causes, we both win. You'll know your IT cost twelve months out, which makes budgeting a lot less exciting.
Yes. Co-managed IT is one of our most common arrangements. Your internal person keeps ownership of the things they know best while we supply enterprise-grade tooling, after-hours coverage, specialist escalation, and a backstop when they're on vacation.
Layered defense: endpoint detection and response, email filtering and anti-phishing, multi-factor authentication, DNS filtering, patching discipline, least-privilege access, encrypted and tested backups, and ongoing security awareness training for staff. We also run periodic vulnerability scans and give you a written remediation plan rather than a raw scanner dump.
Typically two to four weeks for a small business, longer for multi-site environments. Week one is discovery and documentation, week two is deploying monitoring and security tooling, and the remainder is closing urgent gaps found in the assessment. Support coverage starts on day one — you don't wait for the project to finish.
Our agreements are month-to-month after an initial term, with a 30-day exit. If we're doing our job you won't want to leave; if we're not, you shouldn't be trapped.
A free assessment takes about an hour and ends with a written summary of your risks — yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
